Returns is a scheme provided by us under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange,
replacement and/ or refund is offered. All products listed under a particular category may
not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided
on the product page shall prevail over this general returns policy. Please refer the respective
item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this
returns policy and the table given below

In case of returns of product, Customer/Buyer prefer to be picked up from
his/her delivery address, the following condition need to be satisfied.

Correct Product | Name / Image/ Brand/ Serial number / Bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible. |
Complete Product | All the products/items along with freebies and combos should be physically available. |
Unused Product | The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without stains and non-tampered. |
Undamaged Product | The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. |
Undamaged Packaging | The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged. |
1. The field executive will verify the products before
accepting the pickup and can refuse to accept the return
if any of the above conditions are not met.
2. Products for which a refund is to be given, the
refund will be processed once the product has been
received by us with a processing window of maximum 5 days.
3. In certain cases where we are unable to replace the product
refund will be given to the buyer.
4. If any product is found missing / damaged during the transit
a replacement of that particular product or refund of the paid
amount will be initiated.
